This process is verified weekly against a biological spore test, giving an added layer of confirmation that the cycle is working as intended.

What Autoclave Sterilization Involves

An autoclave uses pressurized steam at high heat to destroy bacteria, viruses, and spores on dental instruments. Items are pouch-sealed after cleaning so they remain sterile in storage and are opened only when a treatment room is set up for a patient.

High-Powered Suction — captures aerosol at the source during treatment, working alongside instrument sterilization to keep the operatory clean.
